"I have worked for Ben for a long period of time, starting initially in Central London as a machine operator in 2023. It was my first time working away from home, and Ben made it a great experience. He made the transition easy and was very helpful in facilitating everything, ensuring there were no teething problems.
Once we successfully completed that project, he made sure I had another to move straight onto with no gaps. Once on site, Ben also assisted with booking training to make sure I kept developing my skills. I started out as a plant operator, but I am now a multi-skilled plant operator and geotechnical rope access technician.
It’s the best job I’ve had—not just because of the nature of the works and the site teams, but because of how Ben treats his employees and workforce.
One example of how Ben went the extra mile was when I crashed my car, making transport to site impossible. Ben immediately arranged a hire van so I could get back and forth to site without missing work, and so I could still travel between the job and my family.
